Visa Info

Depending on your country of citizenship, you may require a VISA to enter Italy. Please, visit the official site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to check if you need a VISA:

In case you need a VISA, we encourage you to apply for a visa letter request to ICST by ticking the VISA - Letter of Invitation checkbox on the Registration sheet.

ICST will issue visa letters to:

keynote speakers, presenters, panelists
any organizing committee member
people professionally or personally known by a committee member
conference participants

Please, note that registration for the conference and the request of your VISA occur parallel during the registration process.
